Ingredients for Healthy Pancake
- › Cocoa (5g)
- › Baking Powder (4g)
- › Milk (50-75ml)
- › Apple (60g)
- › Wheat Flour (40g)
- › Ghee (5mll)
- › Whole Egg
1. Add wheat, cocoa and baking powder in a bowl and mix with a spoon.
2. Now pour the milk into the bowl and one whole egg which contains the whey mix, pour slowly and stir well till you get a dense mixture.
3. Place the Mixture on a non stick pan, add some ghee Or oil. Now cover the pan with a plate and put the gas on simmer, wait for 5 minutes, remove the cover. Flip the pancake and cook it till you get a brownish color.
4. Add honey and Apple for taste.
