Wheat Double Egg roll with Soya Chunks

50 gms Soya chunks
2 whole Whole eggs
2 whole wheat roti
Tumeric
Salt

12 gm tomato ketchup
Beans
Chopped onion
Mustard oil or Olive oil

Step-1
Switch on the stove and warm the pan with a hint of mustard or olive oil
Step-2
Beat 2 whole eggs by adding salt and turmeric as much you like

Pout out to make an omlet spread over the pan
Step-4
Place two whole roti in such a way that it cover the omlet

Make sure the omlet cooks well

plate the roll

Now on a non stick pan put 50 gm of soya chunks and roast it
Step-8
Now put those soya chunks on top of the roll already prepared
Step-9
Also add cooked beans and top it with chopped onion and ketchup
