Wheat cinnamon waffles
- Wheat flour 120g
- Egg 1
- Curd 30g (make buttermilk that comes to 80ml)
- Butter 10g
- Cinnamon powder 2tsp
- Stevia 2tsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Baking powder 1tsp
- Vanilla essense 2-3 drops
- For topping:
- Peanut butter 30ml
- Almonds 2 pieces
- Pista 2 pieces
Whisk flour, cinnamon powder, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
Beat egg, butter, stevia, buttermilk and vanilla essence drops in a separate bowl.
Add the egg mixture into flour bowl and mix until no lumps are formed.
Preheat waffle maker. And pour the batter equally.
Let them cook until golden brown (mine didn't exactly turn out golden but a bit).
Made 4 waffles from this mixture.
Take them on a plate and garnish with your favorite toppings.
I used peanut butter and distributed equally into 8 squares of each waffle.
Grate finely almonds and pista all over.
Serve them while hot.
P.S didn't count calories for finely grated almond and pista.
