Ingredients for Versatile Green Soup
- › 5 gms of butter
- › 50 gms of Onion
- › 100 gms of Bottle guord
- › Handful of Spinach
- › Little piece of ginger
- › 2 garlic gloves
- › Little pepper powder
- › Little Jeera powder
- › Required Salt
Method
1. Saute ginger garlic,onion in butter, add in the veggies .Pressure cook it for one whistle.
2. Let the mixture cool, Blend it using a hand blender or using a mixture.
3. Enjoy your soup with required salt, little jeera and pepper powder:)
