Ingredients for Vermicelli Soya Upma
- › Soya chunks 50gms Roasted Vermicelli 50gms Capsicum one medium size Oil 1 tbsp Green chilli 1 Onion 1 medium size
1. Step 1- Dry roast vermicelli for 5 min and then keep aside Step 2- In a pan add 1 tbsp oil ,after oil gets heated add jeera and chopped onion ,next add capsicum ,add soaked soya chunks as well and stir fry all the ingredients for another 5 mins Step 3-then add dry masalas /mixed herbs as per your taste ,next add the roasted vermicelli...next add water and cover the lid for 5 mins. Vermicelli Soya Upma is ready
