- 50gms Vermicelli
- 100gms Capsicum
- 50gms Carrot
- 30gms Onion
- 30gms Tomato
- 20gms Peas
- 5gms oil
- Salt(as per taste)
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 maggie masala Sachet
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
- 4-5 curry leaves
Boil Vermicelli, carrot and peas together in a bowl and rinse it with cold water and keep it aside
Put oil in a pan and add mustard seed and curry leaves
Add onions and stir it for 2 mins and add tomatoes.
Add capsicum and all the spices and put a lid for 2-3 mins.
Now add Vermicelli and the boil veggies and mix it for 4-5 mins.
Garnish with Coriander and enjoy with/without tomato ketchup.
p.s- I used Tomato ketchup only for plating.
