Ingredients for veggies pasta
- › whole wheat pasta -60gm bell pepper-60gm mushroom-50gm olive oil- 10gm cheese -10gm pasta seasoning -to taste salt- to taste
Method
1. 1.Boil water add salt and 5gm of oil to it .Add pasta and boil till pasta is done. Strain boiled pasta immediately and keep it aside 2.In 5gm of oil add bell pepper and mushrooms and saute it till it's done. 3. Add all seasonings and cook for another 5 min. 4.Add cooked pasta in veggies and saute it again. 5.once pasta is cooked add cheese on top and cook for 2 more minutes. 6. serve hot with garlic bread.
