Ingredients for Veggies Paratha
- › soya flour - 50gm
- › wheat flour - 70gm
- › paneer low fat - 100gm
- › beat root & spinach - 150gm
- › curd - 200gm
Method
1. smash all veggies & paneer in a bowl
2. add soya & wheat flour in same
3. take some salt + jeera + ajwain & add water in that all mixure & make dough
4. it's ready to cook make chapati & roast it
5. take curd grind it add some jeera & boondi (little) or you can add onion & tamato instead of boondi
