  • Recipe Ingredients list35 grams quaker oats
  • Recipe Ingredients list200 ml water
  • Recipe Ingredients list50 grams capsicum
  • Recipe Ingredients list2 green chillies medium size
  • Recipe Ingredients list50 grams tomato
  • Recipe Ingredients list2 flakes garlic
  • Recipe Ingredients list2 tsp turmeric
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 tsp black pepper
  • Recipe Ingredients list5 grams cumin seeds
  • Recipe Ingredients listsalt as per taste

Direction

Step-1

Take a pan add water and keep it on high flame for 5 minutes

Step-2

Add oats ,cumin seeds , green chillies , chopped capsicum and tomato

Step-3

let it boil on high flame for 2 minutes

Step-4

keep on low flame to cook better

Step-5

add turmeric , black pepper , salt

Step-6

Tada ready to eat in less than 15 minutes
