How to make Veggies Daliya (Broken Wheat)

Step-1

chopp all the above mentioned Veggies

Step-2

now take a cooker

Step-3

add half spoon oil

Step-4

add zeera and chopped veggies

Step-5

mix it well and leave it on low flames for 4-5 mins

Step-6

then add salt, pepper and turmeric according to taste

Step-7

then add water (4 times the amount of daliya)

Step-8

wait for 3-4 whistles

Step-9

Add desi ghee on top for taste (optional)

Step-10
