Ingredients for Veggie waffles
- › Besan 30g
- › Suji 20g
- › Curd 30g
- › Onion 35g
- › Veggies 100g(carrot,capsicum,cabbage)
- › Ghee 5g
- › Salt
- › Jeera
- › Green chilli chopped
- › Amchoor
Method
1. Finely chop veggies and onion
2. Mix suji,besan,curd,salt,amchur,jeera,green chilli and some water & Make batter
3. Let it rest for 5 min
4. Add chopped veggies and mix well.Add pinch of baking powder and mix well
5. Pour in waffle iron and cook for 5 min or till golden brown
6. U can add butter on hot waffle or grease the iron
