Ingredients for Veggie rice bowl with dahi
- › Rice 50 gm
- › Ghee 10 gm
- › Mixed vegetables 50gm
- › Yogurt as accompaniment 100gm
- › Mixed spices (cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, clove, black pepper)
- › Turmeric 1/2 tsp (optional)
1. Sauté spices in half the quantity of ghee. Add washed rice n water. Let it cook.
2. Meanwhile, sauté veggies in half the ghee with salt.
3. Top the rice with the veggies.
4. Add garam masala and cover for 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot with plain dahi or raita.
