Veggie rice bowl with dahi
- Rice 50 gm
- Ghee 10 gm
- Mixed vegetables 50gm
- Yogurt as accompaniment 100gm
- Mixed spices (cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, clove, black pepper)
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp (optional)
Sauté spices in half the quantity of ghee. Add washed rice n water. Let it cook.
Meanwhile, sauté veggies in half the ghee with salt.
Top the rice with the veggies.
Add garam masala and cover for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with plain dahi or raita.
