Ingredients for Veggie Paneer Salad Wrap
- › Paneer
- › whole wheat flour
- › mix veggies
- › cheese
Method
1. knead the dough and make a roti big enough to hold the stuff in
2. For stuffing I just mixed all the veggies(raw) and paneer(raw) sprinkled it with some chat masala and lemon
3. lightly cook from one side and completely cook from the other
4. On the completely cooked side spread chutney and assemble your veggies and paneer mix and layer it up with cheese
5. fold it and put back on tawa on low heat and cook the uncooked side of the roti.
6. once done cut it into small pieces and serve
