Ingredients for Veggie kofta
- › grated veggie(carrot, cabbage)
- › finely chopped garlic and chilly
- › salt,pepper
- › 1 spoon cornstarch
- › cream 50ml
- › 5gm oil
1. Add grated veggies together
2. add corn starch,salt,pepper
3. make small kofta balls and airfry
4. add oil in a pan, add onion,garlic,ginger,tomato puree and masala to it. let it saute add little water and simmer it. add cream to it as last step and add kofta while serving with gravy.
