Ingredients for veggie bowl salad
- › rajma 15g
- › kale chane 15g
- › matar
- › carrot
- › cabbage
- › cucumber
- › tomato
- › spinach
- › paneer 50g
- › soya chunks 15g
- › raisin 15g
- › almonds crushed 10
- › broccoli optional
- › Anaar dana
Method
1. 1. cut and mix all the veggies in a bowl except soya chunks
2. 2. add some water to soya chunks in a steel container and cook for 3-4 minutes
3. 3. squeeze the soya chunks so that no water residue remains in it
4. 4. mix these all ingredient in the bowl
5. 5. add salt and pepper as per taste
