Vegetables stuffed chicken breast
- Chicken breast 200gms
- Butter 8gms
- Onions 40gms
- Yellow bell pepper 35gm
- Red bell pepper 35gm
- Mushroom 60gm
- Garlic 2gm
- Ginger 2gm
- Corn yellow seeds 10gms
- Soya sauce 5ml
- Salt to taste
- other seasoning (black pepper, chilli flakes, oregano etc) as per taste
STEP 1 - Make marinate- In soya sauce add giner galic paste , black pepper powder, chilli flakes , mix well.
STEP 2 - Add thin slices of chicken breast to this marinate. keep aside for 45min or overnight.
STEP 3 - In a pan add all the finely chopped vegetables,till they caramelized (approx. 15 min on slow flame), seasoning as required
STEP 4 - Fill the vegetables in the chicken breast and fold it into a roll cover with baking sheet 1st then aluminium sheet.
STEP 5 - Preheat the over for 10 min at 450F , place the chicken on a baking tray in cake for approx 20-30 mins. Garnish with chilli and pinch of chia seeds, Serve hot and enjoy. (you can add the left over marinate on top)
