Vegetables Cooked in Coconut Milk
- 50 g carrots
- 50 g BitterGourd
- 50 g Zucchini
- 50 ml Coconut Milk
- 10 g Ghee
- Mustard Seeds
- Curry leaves
Chop vegetables( use any vegetables as per your choice)
In a heated pan , add ghee , mustard seeds, curry leaves.
Add chopped veggies, mix salt. Mix it well, cook it for 3-5 mins.
Add coconut milk, spices and cook it for 5-7 mins.
Cook till vegetables softens.
Ready to serve🙂
