How to make Vegetables chinese style
Tear the lettuce leaves by hand. Slice mushrooms. Slice bel pepper.
Finely chop ginger and garlic. In a bowl mix soya sauce, red chilli powder, stevia
Add oil to the pan. When hot add ginger and garlic. Saute for few seconds and add mushrooms and red bell pepper. Saute for about 2 minutes.
Add lettuce. Keep turning the lettuce every 10 seconds. Lettuce leaves a lot of water so it is important that flame is on high all the time. Add soya sauce mixture.
Add salt and pepper. Serve hot.
