Ingredients for vegetable soya idli
- › Sooji /rava/ semolina 60gms
- › Soya granules 10gms
- › Curd 50gms
- › Capsicum , onion, tomato
- › Salt and eno podwer
1. Take sooji and add soya granules. Add salt to taste and curd. Adjust the batter consistency with water. Add vegetables of your choice. Lastly add soda or eno powder and steam the idlis for 10-12 minutes. Its Ready to enjoy with sambhar or dal.
