Ingredients for Vegetable simple Upma
- › Semolina 25gm
- › Ghee 5gm
- › Beet root 20gm
- › Green peas 20gm
- › Sweetcorn 20gm
1. In a pan, add ghee, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
2. Add the veggies and stir well. Add semolina. Add salt, red chilly powder and little roasted cumin powder.
3. Add water and let it simmer for a while. Serve hot.
