How to make vegetable salad with plain oats

Step-1

take half cup of water in a pan

Step-2

add all the veggies and let then cook for 10 min, with closed lid

Step-3

add pink salt and black pepper

Step-4

you can also saute them in little ghee with onions for better taste

Step-5

finally serve with coriander leaves, flax seeds, sesame seeds and chia seeds

Step-6

you can eat this salad along with plain oats cooked for only 2 min, in water and pinch of salt

Step-7

i also had homemade imli chatni handi so i used it for taste
