Ingredients for vegetable paneer
- › paneer 100 grm. green peas 35 grm.(boiled) sweet corn 35 grm( boiled) tamato 180 grm. (puree) green chillies 2 adrak 1 small piece ghee 20 grm.
1. 1. ghee in a pan 2. add cumin seeds, a pinch of asafoetida for tadka and boiled vegetables except tamatos puree 3. after adding boiled veggies satute it and then put tamato puree. 4. then put it all the masala in the veggies. 5. at last add the paneer and sprinkle some corriander leveas upon it and some kasuri methi.. it smells really very good and taste also. 6. serve it hot 🔥
