Ingredients for vegetable oats pancakes
- › Oat flour, water, spinach ,coriander, green chillies,carrot , salt, olive oil
Method
1. 1. Take a bowl, add all ingredients in it. 2. Add 1 cup of water in the bowl. 3.Mix it well to form a batter of dropping consistency. 4. Heat the non stick griddle with 1/4 tbsp olive oil. 5.Pour a spoonful of batter in a circular motion. 6. Cook it until it turns light brown at both the sides. 7. Serve the vegetable pancakes with curd raita or mint chutney.
