How to make Vegetable Muthiya


Grate the veggies and mix all the above mentioned ingredients and make soft dough. Sprinkle some water if needed. Make small rolls with the dough. Apply some oil on the steamer tray with holes on it and steam on medium flame for 10-12mins. Off the flame, check the rolls by inserting a toothpick. It should come out clean. Keep the rolls aside n let it cool. Seasoning: Heat ghee/oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, sesome seeds & curry leaves. Now cut the steamed rolls into 1/2 inch slices & add to the seasoning. Garnish it with fresh grated coconut & corriander leaves.
