How to make Vegetable khichdi

Step-1

Add 10 gm ghee in cooker

Step-2

Crackle 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds

Step-3

Add chopped onion tomato cabbage

Step-4

Add salt turmeric red chilli powder Sambhar masala powder

Step-5

Add water thrice the combined quantity of rice and daal

Step-6

Once water comes to boil,add soaked rice and daal

Step-7

Stirr it properly and cook it till 4 whistles

Step-8

After 4 whistles ,open the cooker and mix it well with spoon and your khichdi is ready to eat
