Ingredients for vegetable fried rice
- › Basmati rice. - 60gram Olive oil. - 5gram Vegetables. - 100 gram
Method
1. Step1: Soak rice for 20 minutes and cook in salted water until 90% done. Strain it and keep aside. Step2: Take a wide pan add oil in a medium flame. Add finely chopped ginger and garlic and spring onion white part. Stir fry it for 1minutes in low flame. Step 3: Add mixed vegetables with salt and stir fry to get crunchy texture in medium high flame. Now add cooked rice into it. Add pepper as your taste and just to get colour add pinch of Kashmiri chilli powder. Mix well. Finally add green part of spring onion.
