Vegetable Clear Soup with Paneer
- Paneer - 30 gms
- cauliflower - 30gms
- lettuce - 30 gms
- Spinach - 20 gms
- Red Capsicum - 20 gms
- Onion - 40gms
- Garlic - 10 gms
- soya sauce - 5 gms
- butter - 5 gms
- salt to taste
- Noodle - 10 gms
Chop all the vegetables along with Paneer.
Heat butter in a pan and add garlic and onion. Fry for a minute.
Now add all vegetables and Paneer and Saute. Boil cauliflower for two mins in water before adding it to the dish.
Let it cook for a minute. Then add two cups water. Cook for five minutes.
Add soya sauce, salt and pepper
Add cooked noodles to it and mix well..
