Vegetable Clear Soup

Olive oil - 5ml
Green Peas - 30gm
Carrot - 30 gm
Corn - 20 gm
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 table spoon
Water - 2 cups
Salt and Black Pepper
Direction
Step-1
1. Heat Olive oil in a deep non stick pan
Step-2
2. Add Ginger Garlic Paste and saute for a few seconds
Step-3
3. Add all veggies and saute for 3 mins
Step-4
4. Add boiling water and Salt and Black Pepper according to taste. Keep cooking while starring for 5 mins
Step-5
5. Serve piping hot with Coriander garnishing
