Ingredients for Vegetable Bread Dhokla
- › 2 Bread slices (cut it into cubes).
- › 100 gms Green vegetables ( sliced)
- › 10 gms oil
- › Salt to taste
- › Haldi 1/4 tsp
- › Dhaniya Powder 1/2 tsp
- › Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- › Water 2 Tbsp
1. Heat the oil in a pan, add 1/8 tsp mustard seeds in it. Also add one sliced green chilly in it.
2. Now put your sliced vegetables in it and saute them well for atleast 5 minutes.
3. Add the water and all seasonings now and mix it for two more minutes.
4. Finally add the bread cubes in it.
