Vegetable Bread Dhokla
- 2 Bread slices (cut it into cubes).
- 100 gms Green vegetables ( sliced)
- 10 gms oil
- Salt to taste
- Haldi 1/4 tsp
- Dhaniya Powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Water 2 Tbsp
Heat the oil in a pan, add 1/8 tsp mustard seeds in it. Also add one sliced green chilly in it.
Now put your sliced vegetables in it and saute them well for atleast 5 minutes.
Add the water and all seasonings now and mix it for two more minutes.
Finally add the bread cubes in it.
