How to make vegetable besan cheela
Step-1
mix the besan with water, salt, pepper and pinch of turmeric.
Step-2
cut all the veggies minutely.
Step-3
spread the batter on the pan with drops of desi ghee and then sprinkle all the cut veggies on it.
Step-4
keep it on medium heat and turn the cheela upside down and heat it evenly.
