1. Mixed veggies (broccoli, carrot,beans, mushroom, zucchini,bellpeppers, cabbage) 2. Toned milk-200ml 3. flour- 15g 4. butter-10g 5. mozzarella cheese-50g 6. penne pasta-20g (optional)and red cabbage for garnishing. 7. seasonings(salt ,pepper,sugar free, oregano,chilli flakes)as per taste.
Heat pan and spray little oil and saute all veggies at high flame for min and keep aside. . White sauce prep: add butter in pan,flour and stir fry,add milk and little water if needed and keep stirring to avoid getting lumps. add sugar free,little salt and pepper. . Add all veggies to white sauce,add seasonings,and stir. Transfer in baking dish and garnish with few penne pasta,red cabbage,and cheese, sprinkle some oregano n chill flakes on top and bake for min. . Serve with toasted garlic breadπ
