Veges in white sauce
- Veges ( capsicum, mushrooms and brocolli) due to Ganesh Chaturthi not having garlic and onion else that too can be added.
- 3 Cheese Slices
- 100ml Milk
- 5ml coconut Oil
- Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Fresh Basil Leaves (2-3)
Heat Oil in a pan Add Mushrooms on high flame ( else they leave a lot of water) till almost done. Add cheese slices and milk and let it cook and become like a gravy/slurry. Add- lot of pepper, oregano and salt (accordingly as cheese slices are salty too) Add steamed brocolli and Capsicum. Cook till the Capsicum is soft but still has a slight crunch to it (al dente) Let the sauce thicken up a bit and well coat the veges. Consistency is personal preference. RELISH!!
