Veges in white sauce

Veges ( capsicum, mushrooms and brocolli) due to Ganesh Chaturthi not having garlic and onion else that too can be added.
3 Cheese Slices
100ml Milk
5ml coconut Oil
Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Fresh Basil Leaves (2-3)
Direction
Step-1
Heat Oil in a pan
Add Mushrooms on high flame ( else they leave a lot of water) till almost done.
Add cheese slices and milk and let it cook and become like a gravy/slurry.
Add- lot of pepper, oregano and salt (accordingly as cheese slices are salty too)
Add steamed brocolli and Capsicum.
Cook till the Capsicum is soft but still has a slight crunch to it (al dente)
Let the sauce thicken up a bit and well coat the veges.
Consistency is personal preference.

I personally feel it's better to use cheese slice as when you weigh cheese 10gms hardly comes down to anything
