- › 5 gm oil (any) - 45 2 wheat Bread 40 gm 40 gm paneer mixed vegetable -50 gm cucumber+ onion+tomato+ capsicum 1/4 TSP garlic + ginger paste to apply on Bread salt + black pepper+ pizza seasoning
1. Take a non-stick tawa put oil then take two slice of wheat bread n apply ginger garlic paste n bake beard n paneer from both sides. After that take bread put pich of salt + black papper + pizza seasoning on it. then keep all veges n paneer slice. cut your sandwich in two part n enjoy ur breakfast.
