Ingredients for Vegan protein cutlet
- › Rajma 30gms
- › Soyachunks 50gms
- › Poha 50gms
- › Red chilli powder 1tsp
- › Coriander powder 1tsp
- › Garam masala 1tsp
- › Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
- › Salt as per taste
- › Oil 5gms
1. Blend dry Poha & Soya chunks into powder form.
2. Blend overnight soaked Rajma along with coriander, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt & ginger-garlic paste into a smooth puree.
3. Mix both of the above mixtures well.
4. Place the mixture in the form of cutlet on medium flame over a skillet. Shallow fry both sides of the cutlet till it turns golden brown.
