Vegan Nuts and Seeds Fruit pudding
- Oats (20 gm)
- Apple (100 gm)
- Flax seeds (10 gm)
- Chia seeds (10 gm)
- Pumpkin seeds (10 gm)
- Sunflower seeds (10 gm)
Blend the oats with one cup of water for 45-60 secs in a blender.
Strain the milk with the help of a cheese cloth and strainer. This will take 5 mins of patience and strength.
Cut the apple and add oat milk in a bowl.
Garnish with flax seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
You may leave the pudding to stay for half an hour for a thicker experience.
