Spaghetti: 60gm
Soyabean Granules: 40gm
Potato: 100gm (boiled)
Tomato: 2 medium
Onion 2 medium
Garlic pod: 5-6
Green Chilli: 1-2
Basil leaves: 20gms (if available or skip & used pizza seasoning instead)
Oil: 20 ml
Salt, Pepper Chilli flakes, Pizza seasoning & water as required.
Prepration: Boil and keep aside the Spaghetti as per pack instructions.
Convert soyabean granules into coarse powder using a mixi.
Tomato gravy: add onion, tomato, - garlic pods, basil leaves and make a paste using mixi.
Grate the boiled potato, onion & garlic pods.
Cooking: In grated potato mix add granules powder, few basil leaves, green chilli, salt, pepper, pizza seasoning and very little water make a dough.
Make small balls out of this dough.
On a appe / paniyaram pan brush oil (use - gm's oil) and cook these vegan meatballs from all sides.
In a pan take remaining - ml oil, heat it and add the tomato gravy. cook for minutes in low flame. Add water to adjust consistency to your liking. Add salt, pepper, pizza seasoning and mix well.
Add the vegan meatballs and cook for another - minutes.
Toss the Spaghetti in the pan stirr and serve.
