whole wheat flour 50gm
refind flour 50gm
oil 25ml
sweetner if needed
baking powder 1ts
baking soda 1ts
cinnamon powder 1/2ts
walnuts or unsweetened chocolate chips optional
vanilla essence
pinch salt
Direction
Step-1
take ripped banana n smash them
Step-2
add oil sweetner n vanilla essence
Step-3
add both types of flour
Step-4
add baking powder baking soda pinch salt n cinnemon powder
Step-5
add walnuts or chocolate chips(optional)
Step-6
blend n combine all ingredients
Step-7
transfer d batter in bread or cake mould
Step-8
bake in preheated oven at 180 for 30min
Step-9
after ds allow bread to cool completely
Step-10
cut in to your favourite shape n enjoy vegan banana bread
