Veggies Soya Paratha
- For paratha Wheat flour 50 gram Soya flour 30 gram ghee 10 gram Cheese 26 gram Veggies 100 grams Onion 50 gram Masale (cumin powder, coriander powder,chilli powder,salt)
1.Fry veggies (capsicum, carrot,cabbage) till soften . Knead the dough with all ingredients including fry veggies 2.Roll it and cook on tawa. 3.Apply little ghee .
