Veg seekh kabab
- Paneer - 30 Grams
- Potato - 50 Grams
- Mix Veg - 80 Grams (Corn, peas, beans, carrot)
- Onion - 30 Grams
- Besan - 10 Grams
- Spices - Salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder
- Oil - 5 Grams
Finely chop all the veggies using chopper add it with crumbled paneer.
Boil potatoes and mix it with veggies.
Dry roast besan and mix it with veggie mix.
Add spices and ready seekh as shown in the picture.
In a grill pan add oil and grill kababs from each side until done.
Enjoy with green chutney and laccha onion 😋
