Ingredients for Veg Quinoa
- › Raw quinoa (40 g)
- › Roasted peanuts(10g)
- › Veggies(150g)- carrot,onion,capsicum,tomato,broccoli, coriander
- › Ghee (10g)
Method
1. 1. Boil raw quinoa in a pan and drain. 2. Put 10 g ghee in ye pan, add washed and chopped veggies in the pan and sauté. 3. Add boiled quinoa in it. 4. Add salt to taste. 5. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with chutney. Your healthy and delicious dish is ready.
