Ingredients for Veg Pulav with curd, daal and one egg
- › rice
- › mix veggies
- › spice mix
- › curd
- › mix daal
- › tomato
- › ghee
Method
1. In 2 tsp (5g) ghee, stir in the 50g veggie mix, add spices such as turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt to taste. Add 40g of washed rice and little bit water and pressure cook for 2-3 whistles
