How to make Veg Pizza ( Soya - Multigrain base )
Activate the yeast using sugar and warm water.
Add flours to it and make soft dough out of it and let it rest for 40- 80 min
Grease the baking tray with butter or oil (8 g).
Roll the dough into a think chapati and place it on the baking tray
Apply cheese spread onto it. And then pizza sauce on top of it
Add (3/4) grated cheese on it and add vegetables on it
Add remaining cheese and then bake it at 200 C for 15-20 min in a preheated butter
