- Pasta 60gm
- Any veggies of your choice( I added Capsicum, Tomato, Onions, Sweet Corn) 150gm
- Black pepper
- Chilly Powder
- Oil 15 gm ( I used Olive Oil)
Boil the pasta in a pan for 10-15 min until it becomes soft. The same texture which you would like to eat.
In a separate pan, add Oil and veggies of your choice.
Puree tomato and add the the tomato puree to the veggie pan
add all the spices
Strain the pasta and add it to the pan of veggies
Mix well and Pasta is ready to serve
you can add some leafy vegetables as well if you like.
