Ingredients for Veg Paneer Sandwich
- › Bread 2 pieces
- › Paneer 50gm
- › Onion 25gm
- › Capsicum 30gm
- › Ghee
- › Lettuce 1cup (optional)
- › Spices: Salt, Black pepper powder
1. Add sliced onions and Capsicum to hot ghee. Saute for a min.
2. Add paneer cubes and saute for 2min until slightly brown.
3. Add salt and black pepper powder.
4. Apply ghee and toast breads.
5. Place the paneer veg mix and lettuce between the breads; and serve.
