200gms veges(onion, tomato,capsicum)
25gms cheese + 100gms paneer
a pinch of oregano
Spices: turmeric a pinch, 1/2 tsp chilli pwd, 3/4 tsp coriander pwd, 1/2 tsp zeera, gg paste .
Direction
Step-1
Heat ghee in a pan , add zeera n let it crackle. Nw add chopped onion, saute it till it turns pinkish.
Step-2
Add chopped tomatoes n cook it nicely.
Step-3
Add d spices n saute it well.
Step-4
Thn add capsicum, saute it fr a lil while n add lil water n let it simmer.
Step-5
Add paneer n boiled pasta. Mix it well + oregano n mix it
Step-6
Cover n cook it fr 2mins. serve it hot wid cheese🥰
