Ingredients for Veg Mayo Grilled
- › 2 bread slice
- › Thin sliced cucumber and tomato
- › 15 gms cabbage(finely chopped)
- › 10 gms capsicum(finely chopped)
- › 2 cheese slice (as per allowed macros)
- › Coriander Mint chutney
- › Butter
- › salt, pepper, kala namak, Chaat masala
- › Veg mayonnaise
1. Apply coriander Mint chutney and butter on first slice. Apply only butter on the other.
2. Top the first slice with cheese and then cucumber and tomato slices. Sprinkle it with some salt, pepper, kala namak, Chaat masala.
3. Mix cabbage, capsicum and mayonnaise. Spread this matter on top of the sandwich.
4. Add another cheese slice and bread.
5. Grill sandwich by applying butter on both the outer sides.
