- 75gm carrot
- 50gm cauliflower
- 5 gm ghee
- 2 bread slice breadcrumbs
Chop carrot and cauliflower in a chopper very finely.
Dry roast 2 breads on tawa and make bread crumbs
Mix all the Ingredients and add spices of your choice.
Make tikkis out of the mixture
Sprinkle some oil on tawa and shallow fry the tikkis.
Serve them with green chutney.
