Veg Hakka noodles with fried the egg
- Ching’s Hakka noodles 150gms uncooked
- Cooking oil
Boil the noodles as per instructions on the pack. Add cold water to stop the cooking and strain the same. In a deep wok, add 10ml cooking oil, add in the veggies and stir fry for 3 mins. Add in some salt and pepper to taste and one spoon vinegar. Add in the cooked noodles. Hakka noodles ready to be served. Use 5ml cooking oil and fry the egg as desired. Serve hot with the noodles. Enjoy.
